DESCRIPTION
Forcechem® Nailing Chemical Glass Anchor is a connector used in conjunction with construction steel from M8 up to M’30 and most appropriately C 15 and C 25 -C 50 concrete. In these connections, the resin wraps the stud and the stud does not contact the concrete, thus endurance is extended.
APPLICATION AREAS
Galvanized studs;
Stainless steel studs;
USAGE METHOD
The appropriate holes for the chemical anchor are drilled down. If two anchors are to be used, the depth of the hole should be adjusted accordingly. The hole must be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaner the hole is, the more the endurance increases. When you hold Forcechem® Nailing Chemical Glass Anchor in hand, it must flow like honey within the glass due to the temperature of the hand. The resin and glass capsule containing quartz sand to be applied are fixed to the connection hole. When the stud is situated into the hole, the glass capsule is broken in the hole using a hammer. If chemicals start to come out of the edges, the hole dimensions are not appropriate. When anchoring is applied according to the dimensions on the table, the gap between the hole and the ribbed bar must be fully filled with chemicals. If the chemicals do not come out of top edge after the placement of the ribbed bar, it should be immediately removed and the process must be repeated using a new Forcechem® Nailing Chemical Glass Anchor. For the roof and side use, precautions should be taken to ensure that the material in the capsule does not flow out.
